What VR headsets is the Suit compatible with?The suit works seamlessly with all PCVR headsets, except PSVR and PSVR2. You can use the Shockwave suit with Quest 2/3 headsets with a link cable.

When will I received my suit if I ordered it now?It takes us around 3-4 weeks to assemble and dispatch the suits. All the Shockwave Suits are made-to-order. This means that we start working on your suit after we receive the order. We will keep you updated at every stage that your order goes through the production pipeline.

How do I clean the suit?To clean your suit, gently wipe it with a damp cloth or sanitizer. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the suit in water, as this may damage the electronics and fabric. Ensure the suit is completely dry before use.

Can I cancel my order?Yes, you can cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please note that a payment gateway charge of 3.5% will be deducted from your refund. After 72 hours, the order is processed, and cancellations will not be accepted.

What sizes are available?The Shockwave Haptic Suit is available in various sizes. The haptic jackets is available from size XXS (chest 34 inches) to XXXL (chest 48 inches). Haptic lower is available from waist size 26 inches to 48 inches. If you require a custom-sized suit outside the given range of sizes, please select 'custom size' and proceed to fill in your information.

Does the suit work with all games?The Shockwave Haptic Suit functions with the games and applications listed on our website. It relies on specific software synchronization for optimum performance. While it may work with other games or apps, we do not guarantee compatibility with any third-party software not listed on our site.

What kind of external battery should I used to power the suit?The Shockwave Haptic Suit is designed to be powered by any compatible external battery pack of any trusted brand. For optimal performance, we recommend using a high-capacity lithium polymer (LiPo) battery with an output of 12V. Ensure that the battery has a at least 10,000mah capacity to support extended sessions.

What is your refund/return policy?You can request a refund if you cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it. Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions: if the wrong size was sent, if the product is defective, or if the product was damaged during shipping. Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the suit.

Where can I register my suit’s warranty?Your warranty is automatically registered with us 7 days after you receive your product. To avail this warranty just email us at support@shockwavesuit.com

I got my suit. What do I do next?After receiving your suit please download the user manual using the QR code provided on the box. After powering on the suit go to www.shockwavesuit.com/downloads to download the Shockwave App and follow to instructions provided.
