International Shipping
We ship across many countries through our recognized couriers. You can ascertain if shipping to your country is supported by Shockwave at the time of checkout.

Shipment processing time

The approximate quarter of shipping is mentioned on the pre-order page. Please be aware that the estimated shipping time might change due to the availability of electronic components which affects our assembly time.

In case of the expected shipping time changes, you will be intimated via your registered email.

  All orders are processed for shipping within 2-3 business days once they are received by our team for dispatch. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will be notified through your relevant contact information when the product is ready to be shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shockwave is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Refunds
In case the shipment is damaged or lost during shipping you can apply for a refund as outlined in our refund policies.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
