CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation and Refunds:

You can cancel an order and receive a full refund if the cancellation is done within 7 days of the booking.
After 7 days of the booking the order cannot be cancelled and a full refund can only be given in the event of a lost or destroyed package during shipping.

To cancel an order please send an e-mail to support@shockwavesuit.com with the following details :

  • Mark the Mail as Intent for Cancellation

  • Include the following details

  1. ​The name of the customer.

  2. Order date.

  3. Order number.

  4. A list of items intended to being cancelled​.

  5. Registered mail id.

  6. Details of the Designated Bank account.

Once we receive the mail at our end we shall initiate the process of refunding your amount in your designated Bank Account.

Returns and Exchanges:

On a successful delivery of the product we can accept return and exchange request if the following conditions are satisfied
1) If the product you received is faulty and in the warranty period as specified to you at the time of your order. Please go through our warranty manual to see if you qualify for the return and exchange.
2) The product you receive is not in the same "condition" as specified in your order. "Condition" can include size,form and functioning of the product. 
3) If the received product is in the condition that you ordered you can exchange it within 7 days of the time of delivery. The buyer has to bear the shipping and handling fees for the return and the reshipment.  

The product must be returned back to us in the original packaging with all accessories including cables, batteries, user manuals, power jack caps etc  intact. 

If the product has been modified, damaged, customized, refurbished, second hand or in a repaired condition not done by Shockwave then the buyer is not eligible for returns or refunds.
